Probate
Our office has handled, literally, hundreds of Probate proceedings in the Surrogate’s Courts. Our experience will help to ease the pain and grief caused by the loss of a loved one and to see that their wishes, as expressed in their Will, are promptly, efficiently and correctly honored.
Administration
Where the deceased left no Will, we will see that their affairs are promptly concluded and that their property is distributed among their family members as required by law.
Estate Litigation
Our office has litigated many matters in the Surrogate’s Courts, compelled the production of a Will withheld by a family member, protected the rights of the beneficiaries in the estate of a departed loved one, and has compelled those appointed to carry out the wishes of the deceased to fully and fairly account for their actions.
